Tasks:
– Recording and editing support cases
– Responsible to reply to problem messages
– Independent solution finding / coordination and closure of issues in cooperation with development team
– Problem and solution documentation
– Organize and conduct user training
– General customer service
Your Skills:
-Degree in Computer Science / Telecommunications or comparable training
– Network experience / experience in the administration of networks (LAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, TLS, DHCP)
– QA experience
– Test experience (infrastructure components and software)
